Mr. Ehud Nagler
Member of the Board, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Nagler is an expert mechanical engineer, innovator, with vast experience in RAFAEL, Israel's Armament Development arm of the Ministry of Defense. Mr. Nagler is the founder of Hydro Industries and the inventor of its proprietary technology. Today he leads the hose reel R&D division of the company.
Ms.Tirza Florentin
Member of the Board
Tirza joined IGI as a General Partner in 2005. Prior to joining IGI, Tirza was a Partner of the Evergreen Harvest Secondary Funds. She joined Evergreen Partners in 1996 and has since held several managerial positions. Ms. Florentin was in charge of Evergreen’s private equity portfolio, served as the General Manager of the $65 million Peace Technology Fund and managed Evergreen Partners’ $68 million fund of funds. Prior to that, she held the position of Vice President of Evergreen Asset Management Ltd., a portfolio and mutual funds manager, and was Senior Portfolio Manager at Yahav Portfolio Management. She holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Business Economics from Tel Aviv University, and she is a graduate of the TGMP program at Harvard Business School.
Mr.Reuven Avital

Mr. Reuven joined BRM Group to found IGI in early 2005. Prior to founding IGI Reuven served as the President and CEO of Telrad Networks Ltd., a telecommunications company controlled by Koor (Nasdaq: KOR). Previously, he was President and CEO of Matav – Cable Systems Media Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Avital held several managing director position in leading Israeli companies in various sectors. Mr. Avi-Tal holds a BSc. degree in Industrial Management from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Ms. Tzipa Carmon
Member of the Board
CEO of T.C. Exports, winner of the Israeli Export Award. Ms. Carmon promoted the introduction of major Israeli manufacturers to the US and European DIY markets and is the exclusive representative in Israel of The Home Depot, OBI, and Intergamma. Ms. Carmon acts as key advisor to Hydro Industries in matters concerning the marketing and sales strategy.
Mr. Janowski Seffi
Member of the Board Mr. Janowski was the CEO of ZAG Industries Ltd. (“Zag”), a subsidiary of The Stanley Works. Prior to that, Mr. Janowski was the CEO of the hardware division of Stanley Works.
Mr. Harvey Krueger
Member of the Board , Hydro USA
Vice Chairman of Lehman Brothers, inc. A director of a number of American and Israeli public companies, he is a founder of the Renaissance Fund with investments in several Israeli companies. Mr. Krueger Harvey has been credited with essentially single-handedly opening the international capital markets to Israeli goverment as well as corporate securities and Israeli corporate eguities and income securities.
Mr. Yossi De Levie

Mr. De Levie is one of Hydro Industries' founders. Mr. De Levie is also the Founder of Microdel Ltd. and former owner and CEO of Games & Sports Ltd., a leading Israeli playground equipment manufacturer. Mr. De Levie acts as an advisor to Hydro Industries in matters concerning business development and future product applications.
